Genesis Online Technologies P. Ltd has been established in 1994, and since then has successfully served more that 500 customers from various Industry Segments. Primarily made a beginning as Application Software Development Company has slowly progressed into Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) & Re-engineering Activity.
Today various SMEs and Corporates have Outsourced their Payroll & Accounts Writing Activities to us and our team at Genesis Online has been successfully been managing the same.
We understand the importance of the accuracy of data and the consequences of a mistake in applications related to the Payroll & Accounts. After so many years of rich experience in this trade we have taken extreme efforts in Testing our applications throughly and put strict validations so as to avoid human errors.
Genesis Online is being managed by a team of extremely well qualified professionals having strong experience of more than 15 to 20 years in the business.

Mr. D. K. Roy - M.B.A. - from Kolkata, 1980 passout, has been in Mumbai since the last 30 years. He is the Chairman of the Company and has also been actively associated with various other businesses mainly into Exports, Logistics, Shipping & Marine Insurance Trade. Mr. Rajesh S Agarwal - M.M.S. Welingker Institute passout (1993 batch), has been managing the overall Activities of the Business. He has extremely rich experience in various industries from manufacturing, Shipping, Logistics. He has been mainly instrumental in designing & marketing various software products for Genesis. Mr. Husain A Ariwala - M.C.A. V.J.T.I. passout (1993 batch), is mainly responsible for the Quality Control of Software Applications deeloped by his team of software engineers. He is also the Migration Head, where he designs the flow of the transition of clients business while implementing the Outsourcing Activity at husain@genesis.co.in
Mr. Rasik A Tanna - C.A. passout (1989 batch), is a Taxation Expert. He is mainly the consultant for all our clients taxation queries. All our Payroll & Accounts Softwares have been designed and developed under his guidance & expertise. He is responsible to bring in all the Statutory updates. He can be reached at rasik@genesis.co.in
Ms. Priti Kini - Administrative & Support Manager.
